- Scaled AI order intake workflows from 2 to 12 product categories (6× increase) by architecting a Spring Boot–based healthcare policy ingestion, replication, and archiving system that parsed heterogeneous CSV and Excel policy files and enabled teams to onboard new product content without code changes

- As one of two engineers on a four-person startup team, built and shipped a mobile-first iOS/web networking app (Safari/Chrome, iOS 15+) with in-browser audio recording, transcription/diarization, and QR-based contact capture; partnered with RI Hub to deploy it live at a 300-person New England Female Founders event, hardening the recording pipeline for real-world reliability
- Landed a paid deployment with In Person Plus at the Boston Small Business Expo, where 2 sales reps used the app in the field to capture leads in real time, validating commercial demand as a revenue generating tool
- Engineered the platform for fault tolerance and cross-device compatibility, a shared web/native data layer, assertive error handling that fails elegantly rather than silently, and iOS 15+ Safari support for audio capture and QR scanning, enabling zero-downtime use across two live events with non-technical users
Cloud-Native Web Application | Software Engineer

- Architected a cloud-native REST API (Spring Boot + PostgreSQL) across AWS and GCP using Terraform, Packer, and GitHub Actions CI/CD, with auto-scaling, ALB, Route 53, CloudWatch, and KMS-encrypted storage
- Implemented event-driven email verification via AWS SNS and Lambda with DynamoDB-backed idempotency, IAM least-privilege roles, and automated CD on pull request merge
